03/31
Data on catalytically active residues from the Mechanism and Catalytic Site Atlas (M-CSA) have been mapped to >1000 PDB structures at RCSB.org.
From the Annotations tab for these entries
- access M-CSA data annotations (example)
- visualize active sites using Mol* (example)
- launch a structure motif search to find these active sites in other experimentally-determined PDB structures and in Computed Structure Models (CSMs; example)
Advanced Search: Structure Motif can be used to identify all structures with M-CSA annotations. User guide documentation is available.
